Haemorrhoid Solutions To Get You Through The Day
Do you have a haemorrhoid that just won’t leave your butt alone? If those guys are getting on your nerves, don’t worry, I’ve got some solutions that will help you out some and bring you relief. Now most people don’t have success with every one of these, but you’re bound to have at least one of them help you out:
1. White Vinegar + Salt
One way to get rid of a haemorrhoid is by mixing vinegar with salt. What you do is you pour a cup of white vinegar into a pot and put that over the stove until it begins to boil. Once that’s happening, take it off the stove and add salt until it forms a supersaturated solution. Leave that to cool, then come back later with some cotton, dip it in and apply that directly to the haemorrhoids. You may not want to do it straight out of the pot, that’d be disgusting, move that into a container
2. Doughnut Seat Cushions
You can find these things at drugmarts pretty cheap. They are basically shaped like a toilet seat cover. What you can do is get one for your car and one for home use or use at work. It will take some of the pressure off of your hemroids and thus allow them to heal better. Now it may be embarrassing to take it in to work, but if your problem is serious enough, I’d just do it.
3. If You’re Embarrassed At Work
If the cushion is embarrassing for you, try just getting up for a walk every so often so you’re not on your butt all day long.
Now these tips should help out with your haemorrhoid solution, but they likely won’t provide any long term relief. To really get to the root of the problem you need a proven medication. One of the better ones available is Venapro. Many find it works well as a long term solution as it tends to prevent future hemroids from surfacing. Click on this link to find out more about it.
